And the food posts continue….Ever heard of the TV show Cake Boss on Food Network? Well I am obsessed and while I was in New York…I got to pay a visit to the all-time famous, Carlo's Bakery from Cake Boss. Too bad Buddy wasn't actually there, and if he was we didn't see him, and despite the 2 HOUR wait in line….it was SO worth it. 


We got up at around 9 in the morning and waited for about 2 hours with some Starbucks in our hands to keep us awake. The line literally went down about 2-3 blocks, and they have security waiting at the door letting you in, only when your number is called. And when you step in, it's pretty crazy, but I came out with a a box of red-velvet cupcakes and canolis and let me tell you. This canoli (pictured above) was hands down THE best canoli I have probably ever had. If you're ever in Hoboken, I highly suggest going to Carlo's Bakery. Trust me when I tell you, the wait if well worth it :) 


On a saltier note I also had some pretty good pizza at a place called Angelo's near times square. It's well priced and the service is fast not to mention the pizza is absolutely delicious. I'm totally craving some right now….anyways, share YOUR good eats with me! Much love- T
